“After completing your donation, please kindly notify us by filling out the ‘Payment Confirmation Form’ below. Please follow these steps:
1. Enter your email address.
2. State the purpose of your donation.
3. Select the bank you used for the transfer.
4. Upload a photo or screenshot of your transfer slip. (Note: You may provide your mailing address in the form if you require a tax receipt.)
5. Click ‘Send’.
Alternatively, you may send your transfer slip via our Official Line ID: https://lin.ee/7I5UaUN This will help us to acknowledge your generous contribution promptly and issue a tax receipt if requested. Thank you.”
